This was an awesome experince, I was actually in Bethlehem on Christmas Eve night. The Bible really comes alive now when I read it. I will make a return trip as soon as things calm down. We were there during the time that the Allied Forces were bombing Iraq, so we had some very tense times.
Personally I felt a lot safer in the Palestinian controlled areas. The Palestinians went out of their way to help you and were very friendly.
The picture is on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea in Tel Aviv.

 Your pages are very usefull but i would chose different words, like when u say "Beaware of armed soldiers everywhere you go" I think you would only need to be concered is if you were trying to cause trouble or blow yourself up!		mariaschmidt Thu Jun 2, 2005 10:21 UTC
