hi there and welcome to my little corner of virtual tourist :)

if you are a luxury traveler you probably won't enjoy my pages. i am very much a 3rd world explorer that likes squat toilets to western toilets, mud huts to five stars and street vendors to first class dining. i'd take the middle east to europe any day. i also like working vacations and many of my trips are centered around volunteer work where i can leave pieces of me behind rather than taking home expensive trinkets.

i am home for a while and have some catching up to do here.... VT changed its layout while i was away and the text on many of my pages is all in the wrong places, but i am working on fixing it! i also need to update recent travels to morocco...gibraltar...spain...portugal...peru

see what i get for being lazy about adding pictures.....Hurricane Katrina took them all. guess i have to go back everywhere!

currently hanging out in prague through the end of the year, with plans to explore over the summer. :)
