In 1946, Arthur Bryant became sole owner of an existing barbecue joint. This is the barbecue mecca where nearlly every President has dined foor the past 50 years. The sauce is unique and delicious -- a wonderful, fiery blend of cayenne and paprika -- and slapped onto the bread with paint brushes!

Traditional Amercian-style Mexican comfort food. Not the real thing, but delicious 'dive' type restaurant that's been around for at least 30 years.

'The Ox' has been a Kanas City landmark for more than 50 years and is located in Kansas City's historic livestock yards. All steaks are aged and cut on the premises, then broiled over a hickory charcoal flame for mouthwatering results!

Restaurant Name: TexMex & Southwestern
This restaurant is casual, noisy and fun. Get there early to avoid the inevitable crowds, or just enjoy the commotion while drinking the best margaritas in the city!
Favorite Dish: Plain old cheese and onion enchiladas with red sauce -- excellent!!!!!!!! The refried beans are also the best in town.
