    Getting TO/AROUND: I got to London via plane. I think that's the best way to get to London from Madison, Wisconsin! :)

    In London I found that the Tube was just fun. Very clean and many friendly people on it. The taxis were also very quick and the cabbies were informative and always willing to help out.
    Definately take in the Tube and Taxis. Take the Tube to major avenues (you can easily understand the route or maps) and take the Taxis to short trips after the Tube. For example when you take the Tube to Picadilly Circus, you can take a cab to Buckingham Palace (or around there) or Westminster Abbey.
