  • Tip Rating:
  • Off of I-40 on the Navajo Indian Reservation near the Petrified Forest, stop at Geronimo's. It is a Authentic Navajo Indian store with great stuff. Kind of touristy, so be careful not to pay too much for something you like. They had amazing wooden sculptures (large and small) that I couldn't resist to own one.

  • Tip Rating:
  • Driving to Page, Arizona is a activity that is worth doing. This is a small community with some tourism. The Glen Canyon Dam, which was built in 1953 was built in Page. As a result from the temporary camp of the dam workers, Page sprang up! Lake Powell is the center of activity. This is a beautiful lake that is share with Utah as well. Page is about 134 miles north of Flagstaff of the I-89 and sits at an altitude of 4,300' on the Manson Mesa. As a result from being so close to the Grand Canyon, you see constant signs for the North and South rims.
