I was in Arizona as part of a sort trip around the Las Vegas area, that included Northern Arizona, Southern Utah, and California. Unfortunately, I was not able to get down to Southern Arizona, both Northern Arizona is worth the trip! Parts of Northern Arizona are The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Page, and Flagstaff. All fantastic areas to visit. Sedona was my standout favorite from the group though. It was very touristy, but you were not herded around from tourist site to tourist site. You could walk around the town and blend in quickly if you wanted to. Being in Sedona was the most relaxed I have been in years. Great stores and galleries to visit, as well as restaurants, and bars. You are surrounded by Slide Rock National Park, Red Rock National Park and Oak Creek Canyon. Great place to getaway. |
