Unique Qualities: Charming motel near Nita's Hideaway. Not much in the way of views, but does have a swimming pool. It is pretty cheap for Phoenix, especially in the summer. It is run by a woman who is Greek, I believe. The rooms are clean & big, we seem to always get one with a kitchenette, so I'm asuming they all have one. This can be nice if you're on a budget & want to 'cook at home'.
