When I first came to Las Vegas in 1980, I had heard lots of legends about this place. My mum was all against us going - but we had to stay there and found, in the years to come, that it was being turned into a fun place.I have been coming back to LV almost every year now, not so much for gambling but for observing the changes the town is undergoing. And I wonder, how long will the boom last?
Have a look at my all time favourite:The Mirage. A mirage in the desert it is. Bugger the bucks - I always stay there.... This hotel/casino has got STYLE. Next door is the Treasure Island which is fantastic on the OUTSIDE - donīt miss that, either! See MORE pictures about those two in the TRAVELOGUE.
