More details later.
Seargrove is a village/town where 70+ pottery families located, being some of them 9th generation potters.
The potters are scattered in the Seagrove area in a countryside settings.
Besides a tiny yet interesting pottery museum in Seagrove, the best way to visit those potters is to visit each's workplace/house/store.
Once you are in Seagrove, you can easily pick up/buy a copy of potters directory ($2-3/copy) with a MAP for most of the potters in Seagrove area. Each pottery's name, address, phone numbers, open time, type of designs (saltware, earthware, crystalized, etc - from very traditional to modern techniques and designs) are listed in the directory. I go browse through the directory and mark the ones I am interested, then drive around to find them.
My preference is to visit the potters that I am interested in by driving around in the countryside, mean while enjoy the country scene.
If you do not have time visiting many potter's houses/workplace/store, you can also go to several major stores in the area or the Pottery Fair held annually during Thanksgiving time (but be prepared to be in the crowds).
Here is the map of the potters:
