Our France trip was mainly in three regions, Paris, Loire Valley and Lyon, so as the current France pages structure:

Paris with travelogues below:

8) Have a grand view on top of Arc de Triomphe

11) St Eustache
12) French President's Residence Palais De L’Elysee
13) Restaurant and Food
14) Have a nice stroll in the Parc Monceau
15) Grand and Petite Palais
16) Wandering around on the street and look at the Architecture Styles
17) Shopping around in interesting Stores
18) Means of Transportation

Less than an hour, commuter train can take you to the grandest royal palace in the world:
Chateau de Versailles has the following four travelogues under Paris page

Mont St.Michel , a peninsula in the day and island at the night, and a day trip from the Loire Valley, or even closer if you are in Normandy/Bretagne area.

Enjoy the romantic countryside, go to Loire Valley , wondering around among 1,000+ chateau, and small villages and towns, enjoy the beautiful French countryside:
- Chateau de Chambord , the largest
- Chateau Azay-le-Rideau
- Chateau de Chenonceau (currently under France page)
- Chateau de Chaumont and its international garden festival
- Blois and the chateau. For Americans who have been to the Biltimore Estate/Asheville, NC, only till you see Chateau de Blois, can you realize which parts Vanderbelt copied from French chateau
- Town of Cheverny (travelogue to be added under Orleans page)
- Chateau d'Amboise and town)
- Chateau de Chinon and town (travelogue to be added under Tours page)
- Langeais and Chateau du Langeais
- Saumur and Chateau de Saumur
- Le Musee Champignon/Mushroom Museum near Saumur
- Trogolodytique near Saumur
- Countryside in the Loire Valley
- Chateau de Colliers - my favorite small chateau hotel (travelogue and details under Orleans page), one of the best places to stay visiting Chateau de Chambord (only 10 minutes drive away)

Lyon
1) Walk up high and enjoy the Lyon City View
2) Enjoy an open-air concert at the Theatres Romains
3) Cathedrale St.
4) Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourviere
5) My most favorite place in Lyon: Le Vieux , get lost there please
6) Lyon vicinity: Perouge , an 11th century built walled town
7) Lyon vicinity: Bouligneux and the restaurant La Thou , enjoy great meals at this 2-* restaurant and learn what the function of the la thous in local farming
8) Lyon vicinity: Dombes Lakes drive
