  • My baby sister was the only one brave enough to cuddle up to this slimy reptile. The rest of us ran screaming from the scene as soon as Monty the Python made his appearance.

  • The verdict was unanimous...the CHATUCHAK WEEK-END MARKET was definitely the major highlight of our shopping excursions.
    Too many shops, too little time! Us females had to be dragged kicking and screaming by our male relatives out of the market to head off to our next stop.

  • So many stalls, so little time! You can find anything you ever wanted (or never thought you wanted) to buy in Chatuchak. A shopper's paradise! Too bad they're only open on the week-end.

    ...houses a large, 5-ton, solid gold Buddha which was once encased in stucco. The statue was dropped by accident, revealing the true treasure inside.
