The first time out of Europe, a great experience
After long time of thinking, where to spend my hollyday, i found these splendide island.
Three weeks to a place with a completely different methality, the first time on myown, the first time backpacking.
This time changed a lot in my life. I donŽt think that IŽll ever book a package !

Bali is one of about 17.500 islands of Indonesia.
In contrast to Indonesia, where aproximatly 98 % of the population are muslims, is 95 % of the population on bali hindu.
In the meantime, youŽll meet a lot of people from java in the tourist centers like kuta.

The original balinese still living in casts.
They are 4 casts: brahmana (upper class), ksatria, wesia and sudra.
It will be in the beginning very funny because it seems like everybody has the same name. The childrenŽs name are "the first born" (Putu, Wayan, Gede), "the second" (Made, Kadek), "the third" (Nyoman, Komang) and "the forth" (Ketut). The women have the same name plus a "Ny" in the beginning.
