John, until I read your pages, I had forgotten about Grand Rivers..my parents lived in Kentucky for 20 years, and on one visit to their home, we went there. It was grand (I don't remember the expensive part).

I love waterwheels. A two inch thick pork chop sounds more like a port roast to me. Yummy!
