Hi, this is my new web-page for visiting Vitebsk-or "Vitsyebsk" if you want to be phonetically accurate.
My lovely girlfriend, Olya lives here. The town itself is the cultural heart of Belarus. There are many theatres here and Marc Chagall was born here. The leafy city is close to the Russian border
