The ruined Fort Revere at the top of Telegraph Hill provides sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and the northern Massachusetts coast.
Go to the Hull Lifesaving Museum to hear tell of the area's chilling ghost stories of soldiers and sailors, wild tales of local lighthouses, spicy history of fraud and political corruption, and death-defying feats of rescue led by Capt. Joshua James in the 1800's.
Afterwards, walk the hills of The Village to see where these figures lived, died, and are buried.
Hull Gut looks like a narrow channel, but huge barges pass through this ripping deep water to and from the Atlantic to Quincy and Hingham Harbors.
Nantasket Beach at low tide is nearly a half mile wide, four miles long white expanse of hard-packed sand--perfect for many activities. Bring your dog Sept. 15-June 1st!
Take a ride back in time on the painted ponies of the historic Hull carosel--you'll feel a child again.
In the summer, ride from the strip to the Village with commentary and stops along the way for just a buck or two aboard the historic Hull trolley.
Summertime brings the open houses of resident artists to view their studios and work.
Wintertime plunges the Drowned Hogs, a fast-growing group of zany residents and friends, under the sea in frigid February weather to raise money for Wellspring, a local charity.
I can't remember when Chowder Fest is--the spring some time--find out--it's delish!
Summer brings a variety of free concerts with dancing by the beach and at the gazebo.
