Lom, a Little Norwegian gem.

This little Norwegian town which hasn't a real towncenter, has a lot of things to offer like 2 beautiful museums, a stavchurch set in a beautiful scenery of Norwegian mountainworld. Just outside Lom you'll find Sognefjell, Galdhoppigen mountain, it is even close to the Geirangerfjord and Dalsnibba mountain.

In a travelogue which follows on this page in a few weeks I will offer a nice driving tour.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Beautiful nature in quiet Norwegian grounds!
Cons:Not much of nightlife, if you have to mention a con!
In a nutshell:Enjoy nature at its best at Lom!

Enjoying being "back" through your photos - I visited the stone museum and drove the same road over Sognefjell many years ago.
