Rome

City of ancient history. I love all the historic places of the Roman Empire.

Sites like Colloseum, Forum Romanum, Pantheon and so on and one not often discovered pearl outside of Rome namely Ostia Antica. A town remembering what the Roman Empire must have looked like, more then 2.000 years ago.

Be sure you don't miss the travellogue!!

Greetings Roeffie
A walk in Ostia Antica

Good advice about 1st of May. I arrived on 30 April and decided to head east to Ancona, and it was much the same there- little open , but at least the buses were running. And I loved Ostia Antica too.
