making bread

We eat all week in the Hotel.

One evening we found those two women on the floor making bread for us!

You have to be a bit careful with the food in Turkey.
A waiter told us that it is against their religion to throw away food.
I am afraid they heat the food several times and use the salates more times.
I am sorry to say that a lot of people where sick for one or two days.

During a visit to Konya I dined at a cafe situated in front of a hamam, next to a canal that reminded me of Holland. Turkey is a fantastic country & two visits are not enough to appreciate it :-))	mindcrime Tue Aug 21, 2007 11:11 UTC nice info but you're wrong about food. I never got sick in turkey no matter where we ate. I know ppl that got sick in rich hotels though because of old jamon :)
