Saint Augustine is a beautiful town in central Florida full of history and culture. Founded hundreds of years ago by the Spanish, it is considered the first city in America. The Spanish influence is still alive today, with quaint cobblestone sidestreets, stucco and tile houses, and a preserved colonial fort.

As a student living in nearby Daytona Beach, I've had the opportunity to visit St. Augustine many times and find it a wonderful break from the over-commercialized theme parks, strip malls, and tourist traps that plague most of this area.
