  No, the Wizard wasn't there just for the tourists...he's a Canterbury icon who was around for many many years... last i heard he was retiring..may have by now

  My congratulations - great pics and tips! I love esp. Avon River with the bridge and off the beaten paths tips. A lot of very usuful info and amusing tourist traps :-)
