Restaurant Name: Vina Viu Manent

The Vina Viu Manent is just one of the many vineyards located in the Colchagua Valley. This one has a New Zealand wine maker which made us even more interested to go and check it out!

Viu Manent offer wine tasting, vineyard tours, horse riding, the restaurant, a gift shop and can also be reserved for special events.

Favorite Dish: I had the tuna and it was to die for! I would totally recommend it. I didn't hear any complaints from anyone about anything they ate here. Excellent quality!

The wine is really very good. I am a big fan of Chilean red wines although I didn't drink a lot of reds before coming here. We mostly drank the Malbec Reserve

Favorite Dish: The food was really really good. We all had gormet sandwiches with freshly barbequed meat, avocado and tomato. We ordered a nice Carmenere wine to go with it.
