I visited Dnipropetrosk so long ago that I even don't know if my tips are going to be helpful. If someone knows today's situation, inform me if the hotels I stayed still exist. I remember walks in the park named after T. Shevtchenko and the fantastic view over the Dnieper. The Dnieper is a great river - so free and full-flowing!
