Name of Shop: B&B's Jewlery Store
B&B's has a great selection of silver jewelry. I've shopped there twice and they always have a 50% off sale. The prices are as good if not better than any of the other stores. The clerk will give you a little basket to hold your selections - of course he wants you to fill it up!
What To Buy: Silver rings, bracelets, and necklaces with semi precious stones are the best buys. If you want to purchase more than one item, ask for an additional discount. There are many small inexpensive silver items that make great gifts to take home.
I found the Mexican Opals and Amber beautiful and they are mined in Mexico and you can be sure "getting the real thing".
What To Pay: Items sell from $3 to $500.

There are many drug stores "Pharmacia" in Cabo and San Jose that sell prescription drugs over the counter at a fraction of the cost in the US and you don't have to have a prescription. The drugs are on shelves with large signs advertising what is available. Many of the prescription drugs were actually made in the US of A and Canada.
What To Buy: Retin A in a tube for $10.
Viagra $21 a pill - really!
What To Pay: I would say that most of the prescription drugs are at least 1/2 of what they are in the US.
