Getting TO/AROUND: Alitalia was a good airline to wisk you off to Rome. It sets the mood of the country before you arrive. The airline food was Italian and so was the wine. My favorite part of the flight was watching the flight attendents flirt with the Italian passengers.

I remember the Victor Emmanuel Monument. You can just walk down from the train station on Via Nazionale to get there. Did you see lots of cats around the Colosseum?! :) There are hundreds of cats living near by. | iandsmith Thu Jan 30, 2003 06:40 UTC
