On the HCMC page "is it OK to call HCMC Saigon", not widely known is that the area in the photo is in fact officially called Saigon, i.e. most of district one. One of the reasons that newspapers and mags have Saigon in their name | bpacker Wed Nov 24, 2004 04:23 UTC
