| The Empress Hotel coming into the Inner Harbour |
|  | I was born in Victoria. I left in 1967 but come back every year. I still have the house I grew up in and visit at least once a year (in April during the Jazz Festival or August during the Canada Day harbour festival).

Hey, you mention that Scott's cafe "looks nice". You might be interested in knowing that it is located on the worst block for drug-dealing in the entire city, and the clientele can be very shifty. I would avoid it if at all possible. | tak_pap Sun Feb 13, 2005 12:46 UTC
