"White Mountain Highs" New Hampshire by hayward68

New Hampshire Travel Guide: 1,483 reviews and 4,329 photos

<font size=+1>The White Mountains of New Hampshire, a breathtaking location of soaring mountain peaks and lush green valleys dotted with picturesque New England towns. The perfect place to lose yourself and leave your workday stresses behind. I was looking forward to hiking the numerous trails and taking plenty of pictures. And so I set off in my car for a week of solitude, with just my thoughts for company.
I'd like to thank my VT friends who had faith in me to do this trip, encouraged me and made sure I had all the camping supplies that I would need. You know who you are, a big kiss to you!!

I used to swim the river along the Kancamangus; The Moose are incredible; Had one walk into my yard in Bristol, look in the front window and then just walk out of the yard over a fence like it wasn't there.... Great comments.. Glad you liked NH>

We loved the White Mountains but I have to admit we took a more "motorized" approach. My son lived in Manchester (N.H. not to be confused with your G.B. pages) during primary season so we got visit. Great views ...Tom
