I LIVE TO TRAVEL

by JeanCooke - last update: Sep 11, 2002

Escape from the BAT CAVE, BELIZE

Terrorism has not kept me bound to home. I have been away traveling these last 5 months and welcome being home for a few weeks before heading off to Colorado. Belize was fantastic as was Minnesota. You can never go home again but I tried for a day at my 40th high school reunion in Cleveland, Ohio. Everyone looked so old!

Please VISIT my new pages: BELIZE, MINNESOTA

"Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do, than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, Dream .."
-Mark Twain

THANK YOU ALL FOR VISITING AND RATING MY PAGES!!!!!

TRAVEL IS A DREAM COME TRUE

I picked up a National Geographic Magazine at my uncle's house attracted by the bright colors and exotic places. The Himalayas spoke to me as a teenager and I vowed to travel the world. And so, on these pages are my living dream come true.

Please, enjoy the world through my eyes and words.

I am a free-lance writer and the travel editor for the Petaluma Post.

"The Petaluma Post is a general interest light and bright community newspaper with a readership of 50,000. In its 14th year of publication, the Post brings to its readers articles on local history, dining reviews, the arts, travel, events and humor. Travel editor, Jean Cooke, is an experienced world traveler and accomplished writer who has been an inspiration to many readers interested in traveling off the beaten path", states David Bennett, owner and publisher of the Petaluma Post.
