MUNICH is like a dream...I didn't have much expectation when I arrived; the only sight I wanted to see was Neuschwanstein (the castle which DisneyLand models after)! But to my surprise, I left with an insight & appreciation of Germany which I would otherwise lack. Since this is my 2nd visit to Germany, I'm really glad I made it to Munich. I was so enthralled that I didn't even pay my cousin a visit in Munich; Justina married a German about 15 years ago! Sorry, Justina! So much to see, so little time...
Incidentally, I just met a new neighbor from Berlin last night, we chatted (in the lift) & I was told Berlin has a completely different ambience from the former West German cities. So, looks like I'll have to head for Berlin soon!
