It's been a year since I uploaded pictures onto this locator.
It's been a year since I last visited this place.
Yet, I was not inspired to write about it until today.

I watched the movie "Troy" yesterday.
It was a movie I enjoyed. Sad... but enlightening & in some way inspirational.
At least I'm inspired to try to write on this place now.

Does it surprise you how a movie could somewhat make history comes alive?
If you've been reading my pages, you'd have surmised that my forte is not in history.
In fact, I don't fancy history much.
I mean one has to look forward, not at the past.
Yet, in such journey as the Mycenae, one glimpses at the past to understand immortality.
I think in this sense "Troy" accomplishes what it set out to accomplish. At least that's what I think!
