Ok, why was I in COPENHAGEN? No other reason other than the fact Singapore Airline was having a promotion on its airfares! Yep, that's why I went! I'm sure many have such experiences, right? The airline was having a promotion :) Before going to Copenhagen, the only knowledge I had of it was the Royal Copenhagen's hand-painted porcelain & crystal wares. Yep, one of my hobbies is to go to departmental stores & browse their fine collection of artware & crystal ware. The designs are exquisite & I just love fine designs. At the 1-hour tour of the Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Manufactory I learned the art of hand-painted porcelain, hand-blown glass & traditions of craftsmanship through the centuries. The tour is extraordinary & an unforgettable experience! |
