Getting TO/AROUND: River Taxi & Ferries: This type of transportation plies along the Chao Phraya River. The ride from Tha Tian to Wat Arun is 2 baht while the speed ferry from Tha Tian to Taksin Bridge or Tha Sathon Pier where you can get a connection on the BTS Sky Train is 8 baht. I was advised to take care of my wallet & belongings while on these taxis.

Getting TO/AROUND: Getting to Ayutthaya. This is the airconditioned coach from Bangkok to Ayutthaya. Trust me, take the one with the airconditioning. It's only 45 baht (US$1) for a 1 1/2 hour ride!
