This is my second time here to Tai Chung.
It locates only 2.5 hours south of taipei City.
My first time was 1 week after the Taiwan big earthquake in March 2000.

Looks like a rough (stone) foot massage to me. Good job !!!
Those local food looks very simple and bland, with right sauce they can be quite yummy, but not the pig-blood-rice-cake.
T'ai-chung looks like a great place for nightlife and food. Good page.
