San Diego is paradise. We have sunshine 300 days every year...and the rest of the days we are depressed and waiting for the sun to come back out. I have lived here since 1989 and there is no place else in the US that I would choose to live. We have the World's best zoo, incredible scenery, the Pacific ocean, great beaches, wonderful restaurants, major league sports, las vegas style gaming casinos, and enough to see and do to keep you busy for a month. We are 3 hours from LA, 1 1/2 hours from Disneyland, border on Mexico (just across the busiest border crossing in the world), 1 hour from the mountains, and a little more than 1 hour from the desert.
