Beggars are no problem, they are usually gentle and often in genuine need - there is no decent welfare system - I generally carry a 1000manat note in my pocket (0.12GBP!) and exchange blessings. many local and foreign people do the same. | fabrice Wed Apr 4, 2001 16:15 UTC
