Salzburg is our favorite town in northern Austria. It's filled with beautiful old buildings (like the one where Mozart lived in) and a river divides it in two. It's small enough to see on foot (or on a horse ride) and there are plenty of things to do. Hohensalzburg Castle up in a mountain is a must. |
