With a Dutch group my wife and I took a tour of 25 days in which we have seen all parts of the land. The picture shows the type of buildings where the old city of the capitol Sana'a (within the walls) is made of.

Great page and info. Yemen must be one of the most exotic destinations in the world.
Nice thought to make a pic of the play of colored light from those ubiquitous camariyas (the colored glass frames above the windows in Yemeni houses) in your travelogue.
