Hi,

To be honoust, the only thing I saw of Leeuwarden (on a few ocasions though) was the trainstation.
Wherever you want to go in the Dutch province Friesland, you pass this station.
My destination for the weekend was Sneek or as the Frisians call it Snits.
At the youth hostel I met up with Shai (also from VT).
Together we explored Sneek and its surrounding on foot and on bycicle.
Also we spent a few hours on the island Terschelling. Too short of course.
I had a great time and hope to see more of this province soon.
