"Ivan who?" a Grand Cayman Travel Page by stopatnothin

I had gone to Grand Cayman with a group of travel agents from the Northeast to see for ourselves the wrath of hurricane Ivan.
I have to say that Cayman deserves its Grand title after making such a comeback. They have recovered better than any island ever has after such a devastating hurricane. So I ask, was Ivan really that terrible? Nobody really knew what to do and many people lost their homes but this did not stop islanders from pulling together and getting their island back into form, better than ever!
Yes, there are signs of debris, mainly trees that lined the streets but all in all the island is quite lovely.
Hotels have and still are being re built, everything is fresh and the decor is even brighter than the islands future...
