Not a waste of time, but there's nothing you could call "special". Yes, there are some singular buildings, but, at least for me, it lacks of some kind of "soul"... but maybe it seemed that to me because there was nobody around, and the only activities opened were a visit to the building (paying) and a lift to the top of the tower to have some views...

At Least Do This: Have a walk around, the park behind has also a couple of attractions...
Alternative: Downtown and surroundings (Old Montréal, etc.) have more to show than this place. But you can spend here an hour or less, just to say you've been there...
