A magic place

Monemvasia
Monemvasia is one of the top destinations in Greece and not unreasonably in my opinion!

Monemvasia, that rocky outcrop connected to the mainland by a mere strip of land (from which fact it derives its name meaning "sole entrance"

Strolling along the narrow, stone-paved lanes of Monemvasia, it’s hard to take in all before you. The feeling sent out by the tiny, well-preserved houses, the mansions that stand out proudly and the churches, is warm, without being too familiar, it’s unusual, but above all it is quite unique.
