My favourite city in the whole world! - London

<font face=arial size=3 color=#000000>London? Well what can I say? To me,it's the most amazing place on earth. I love it! I would visit every month if I could.

Ever since my first trip when I was 12, I've felt this way. I'd never travelled anywhere before. When my mum offered me the chance to go there with her, I was delighted, even though it meant I had to save really hard. From the moment I walked up the steps from the tube in Piccadilly Circus, I was in love....

Since then, I've been back a few times, and I still love it as much as ever. It has such a wonderful atmosphere. You really must experience it, and there's so much to do.

Here's a poem written by someone who obviously feels the same way about London as I do. This was written on Westminster Bridge early one morning. Read it and imagine what it's like....</font>

All bright and glittering in the smokeless air.
Never did sun more beautifully steep
In his first splendour, valley, rock, or hill;
Ne'er saw I, never felt, a calm so deep!
The river glideth at his own sweet will:
Dear God! the very houses seem asleep;
And all that mighty heart is lying still!</font></center>
