Miscellaneous: <font color=003300><b>Although there are lots of banks and cash dispensers throughout Corsica, it's a good idea to take some foreign currency with you, just in case. Corsica is now in the process of changing to the Euro, and Francs can only be used for the next month or so. Coming from the UK, I had to make sure my bank card had the 'link' or 'Maestro' symbol on it so i could take money out of bank machines in Corsica. There is normally a charge for this service starting from about £2.50 sterling. Another important thing is to make sure you know your pin numbers for any bank or credit cards. Many shops require you to type in your pin number when paying by card.</b></font>
