Today I decided totally change my pages. Some of my travelpages are as old as from year 1992, when I took a two weeks Interrail. So I'm trying to destroy all the old contents of my pages. (I tried to do that but I didn't quite succeed. It need to be possible to do that.) Still I have got some maybe interesting videos from year 2001 from India. I try to load some of them.
I'm a 47-years old woman living in Lahti and in Järvenpää. (Travelling between the cities nowadays.) Travelling has for a long time been interesting for me. I lived a half a year in a kibbutz in Israel in 1990's, a month in Bratislava in Slovakia in 1991, three month in India in 2001 and seven months in Kenya in 2007. Besides of that I have made tens of shorter trips. For example we were four weeks in Kenya in june-july 2010 and three weeks in India in june 2011. Actually I have counted, that I have spent more than two weeks in Russia, Norway, Germany, Cyprus, England and Ethiopia. I have spent shorter times in Egypt, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Sweden and United Arab Emirates.
In year 1991 I got married and after that we have travelled as three: me, my son and my husband. My son is now ten years old. Before that I used to travel alone. I call my son Peter and my husband Ville in The next pages.
I'm sorry for my sometimes bad english.

hanna, happy birthday from mexico
Thanks a lot!
Happy birthday Hanna!
Thanks you!
Hanna Kaarinalle onnea, vaikka pitäisi kai toivottaa myös/vain aprillia!
Kiitos!
I posted something earlier but it doesn't appear to be on your homepage. I saw your tip about the danger of swimming at Mahaballapurum and just wanted to say that when i was there in '84 the beach was horrible as the locals used to do their toilet there! It was absolutely disgusting and i never swam. I was hitch-hiking in Finland back in '73 when i visited Tampere, Jyvaskala, Oulu, Punkasama, Punkaraju Lahti, Lapeenantra but my favourite place was the village of Vitisaari that was straddled between 2 lakes. Back in'73 not many Finns spoke English but we were treated with true hospitality wherever we went
!!!!! Happy Birthday !!!!!
A BIRTHDAY is just the first day of another 365-day journey around the sun. Enjoy the trip.
"Happy Birthday" Hanna, with all my best wishes ... :)
