# 7 only refers to the address/ city park number. Buddy Butts is the name of the supervisor who worked with Parks and Recreation. He put in a lot of effort into developing the park, so after he died the city decided to name it after him.
What about, "Cool Pappa Bell Drive"? Jackson street names are entertainment in themselves.
Never mind parks 1 - 6, who or what, may i ask, was Buddy Butts? I must admit, I laughed out loud when i read this ;-)) fergy.
