My wife Becky surprised me when she said we should take a detour to Las Vegas on the way home from California. It was not far out of the way so it sounded good to me. Had always heard of Las Vegas but never been there. We got to Las Vegas late at night. We stayed all the next day and left early the next morning. We had one full day in Las Vegas. We spent that entire day seeing shows, gambling, and walking up and down the Strip. It could be said I did not see Las Vegas. I just saw the hotel fantasy world of the Strip. I won't argue with that but I had a great time. |
