The banner reads 'Welcome To Madison'. I was in Madison on the day of their town festival. Normally when I go there the wide brick streets are not so busy. Madison is a nice little community nestled in tree covered hills. It is far enough to the south and east that it is not in the Kansas prairies. I like to drive in to Madison from the north on 99 to see all the hills and tree tops.
