    Hotel Del Coronado offers an impressive shopping experience. Nothing takcy to be found here. Well, almost nothing tacky. Prices here are high but the quality is excellent.

    What To Buy: There are clothes, works of art and my favorite is a unique perfume shop where they will create a scent for each person.

    What To Pay: Expensive to Very Expensive.

    • Name of Shop: Babcock & Story Emporium

    You'll find here a wide selection of items for decorating the home as well as those special little hard to find things that would fit perfectly with your decor.

    Babcock & Story Emporium is situated between Babcock & Story Bar and Babcock & Story Bakery.

    It's quite interesting to walk through from the bar to the bakery. Most of the items are combined by color rather than type. One of my colors is blue and of course I was drawn towards the blue section, glasses, dishes serving bowls, tapestries, books and so much more, all in predominately blue colors grouped together. Greens, Reds, and Yellows are some of the other color groups.

    What To Buy: Buy anything that attracts your eye and you can afford.

    What To Pay: Definately up to your budget. It costs nothing to browse.

     comming June 18, where can we eat with our 4 yr old granddaughter that is not over priced things she will enjoy to do. also can children go to the winerys we are staying at the Loews
