    On the way home from our day at Skagen, we stopped for dinner. The restaurant had that Danish feel, seems darker than I'm used to, which can be considered intimate or cozy. The service was efficient, but not necessarily accommodating. I think it's the usual style throughout the country.

    Favorite Dish: I had a fish dish and it was delicious. What kind of fish you might ask. Well, I couldn't say, as there were so many fish in Danmark that I have never heard of and this was one of them and there was no English translation of the name, so I couldn't keep the name of it in my memory. Anyway, what's the point of going to another country just to order the same thing you would at home?
