    Safe so far, river to peak tomorrow, but we should be alright. Plenty of garden damage to clean up!

    Australia is on our travel list. After I retire. My husband is retired and will have to wait for me. The snow is absolutely astounding in its beauty. Every year I look out our front window and say isn't it beautiful. I never tire of seeing the snow this time of year. Will you ever try to get to Pennsylvania?

    yes I certainly will...:) I grew up in Hobart Tasmania so have only seen snow a few times and it had always rained first so the snow never settled, it does look so very beautiful...so when will your husband retire? Are you looking forward to that? Keep in touch so when you do come here I can help you out with places to go or just even knowing some one always helps...I knew no body in LA but have managed to make 4 really nice friends while I was there and that has made such a big difference :)
